About me

Technical Architect since 2002 working as a freelance and in collaboration with different architectural and engineering firms. I began my professional practice as technical assistance to the developer for the reform of the soccer stadium La Rosaleda (Malaga) and in the construction of the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga.

Likewise, I have been 20 years collaborating with the Estudio de Arquitectura León y Gallardo Técnicos Asociados, stage that was very satisfactory and influential since it served to establish the bases for the learning of the free profession.

I have also provided my assistance services as a municipal technician in several municipalities in the Axarquia region (Malaga).

Since I started my professional activity I have been exercising, among other things, directions of execution of works, projects of reforms of both housing and premises, openings of activities, certificates of antiquity, measurements, or any other work related to urban planning and construction.

As it is such a dynamic profession and new regulations are constantly emerging, I have different courses and training, with special attention to the direction of execution of work and pathologies of the buildings. Likewise, I have the title of Expert in Environment and Construction and Demolition Management. In 2011 I also obtained the degree of Building Engineer.

With regard to health and safety in construction works, with various courses and specializations, as well as experience in the field, allows me to be registered in the register of health and safety coordinators of the Junta de Andalucía.
